Delivery
We recommend selecting a delivery date that is 1-2 days before your event to ensure it arrives on time for your event. We only post orders out on weekdays and use Australia Post express service.
We charge $15.95-$20.95 for express shipping, this includes shipping to you, and then returned back to us. See 'Returns' below for more information.
Return
Every order includes a free return satchel, you are required to return the dress in the pre-paid satchel provided and lodge it over the counter at an Australia Post Outlet by 4pm on yoru return date. Your hire fee includes dry-cleaning.
Late Fees
If you are unable to return your dress by the return date, you will incur late fees. We charge a late fee of $20.00 AUD for every day that you are late, up to 200% of the RRP of the dress. If you are unable to return your dress by the required return date, please contact us.
